Thanks to a generous donation from Leopold’s Ice Cream on Broughton Street, we’ve been able to print enough copies to donate a book to every school-aged child in the Child Development Centers at Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. We missed “Month of the Military Child” in April, but the books are on their way! Thanks so much to Stratton at Leopold’s for making this possible.

Frosty 5K Part Two
This is the second year our board chair, Melissa Miles and board Treasurer, Lewis Miles have attended the Frosty 5K Run benefiting Project Search. A table was set up with books, art and trading cards to raise awareness of our special needs superheroes, as well as support a local program that helps students with special needs transition from school into the workplace.

Book Event in Savannah
We would like to thank E Shaver Booksellers in Savannah for hosting an event for Jeremiah Justice Saves the Day! A few weeks ago, the author and illustrator talked with customers about the book, and the mission of the nonprofit. It was a great way to raise awareness and raise money for the foundation. Thanks to all who came out!
Campers Meet Jeremiah Justice!
The campers at Camp Trach Me Away in Rutledge, GA, each received their own copy of Jeremiah Justice Saves the Day after hearing the story read by author, Melissa Miles. Thanks to generous donors, we were able to provide these copies at no cost to the camp. We can’t thank you enough. The kids loved the story! Pashowww!!
Making a Difference
We are getting amazing feedback from people to let us know how Jeremiah Justice Saves the Day is making a difference to special needs kids. Here is an excerpt of one message: “Just thought I would tell you how much the boy I gave your book to loved it. His mom says he has asked to have it read to him every day. He holds his trading card all the time while zipping around in his power wheel chair throughout his house. He talks about his new super hero a lot! Great job, you are really making a great impact on special needs children everywhere!”
This is exactly what our foundation is here for–to make a difference! Thanks for the wonderful feedback. Please keep it coming, and please review the book on Amazon if you want help spread the word! Thank you.
